Our digital products can be downloaded, copied, and accessed immediately upon purchase. To protect the integrity of our content and the investment of time and expertise that goes into creating each resource, we do not offer refunds once the order is completed.

When you purchase a Tradixity product:

Unless otherwise stated, course materials remain available to you indefinitely. You may revisit, re-download, or review content at any time. -

All materials are licensed for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share login credentials with others.
3. Cancellations & Order Changes

Before Delivery
If you realize you’ve made an accidental purchase, please contact us immediately at tradixity@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We will do our best to cancel and refund before the product link has been sent. -
After Delivery
Once your confirmation email and download or access link have been sent, we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund.
